Bonnie is a passionate paddleboarder and fitness enthusiast, who finds peace and connection to the earth whenever she’s out on the water. In 2006, she and her husband Andy discovered the perfect piece of land on Lake Norman, and in 2011, they made it their forever home, relocating from the bustling Washington, D.C. area.

Together, they have four athletic children who are central to their lives. When she’s not on the lake or supporting her kids’ athletic pursuits, she’s a dedicated advocate for health and wellness. Bonnie owns and operates HOTWORX Lake Norman, a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that provides innovative workout solutions to the local community. Her love for the lake and her dedication to fostering a vibrant, healthy community continue to inspire those around her.
